BBQ Chicken Quesadillas

BBQ Chicken Quesadillas!! This is a quick, easy, and delicious recipe that I love!! I am confident that you will love it to if you give it a try....and if you like the following ingredients.

Pineapple tidbits, bbq sauce, jalapenos, chicken, cilantro, tortillas (uncooked taste best!), and cheddar/jack cheese (which I somehow forgot to include in the picture even though it is an essential one!) De-seed and chop up and the jalapeno into smaller or bigger pieces, whichever you prefer. Shred the chicken, and pull apart the cilantro.

First cook the tortilla (if it is uncooked) on both sides. Do not let it burn just cook it for a few seconds because you will cook it again later.

Next, top the tortilla with cheese, shredded chicken, pineapple bits, jalapeno chunks, bbq sauce, and cilantro! Then you can fold it over and cook it on the stove again until each side is starting to brown. This does not take long so watch it carefully! Then you can eat it. See how easy that was? They really are sooo good! Enjoy!
